All apartments are equipped with a state-of-the art access control system. All flats are included in a program with special software which is able to detect any person entering the flat and to pass the information to the personal site of the owner. This site is registered in the protected part of the web site of the complex. Moreover, on the owner’s request the site could provide information about his/her income and expenses with regard to their property. The access to the site is only possible via user name and password and the owner can check it from any place in the world.
